• Shipping Time: Once your order is crafted, shipping times vary depending on your location. Expect delivery within 7-14 business days for most destinations.
• Shipping Rates: We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates. You can view the shipping costs at checkout.

Return and Exchange Policy:

While we're committed to delivering top-notch gear, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Here's the scoop on returns and exchanges:

• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or with any defects, snap a photo and reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• Quality Defect: We take pride in our products, but if you're unsatisfied with the quality, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to assess the concern, and if necessary, we'll arrange a replacement.
• No Change of Mind:, As we're a made-to -order crew, we're unable to process returns or exchanges for changes of mind.
